Complaint for scheduled Dryer repair.?
Had appointment schedule for dryer, verified the evening before. Stayed home during time of appointment, one long distance call while repair person called, tried to return call, NO number to call back. Sears wanted to reschedule four days out. I have been a Sears customer for 45 years. One of the main reasons has been service support. Will not use Sears in future, very disappointed.
Not sure what your question is, but I’d recommend that you contact Sears directly on this issue. Two reasons: they will likely try to “nudge” their sub, and can do that better than you, and secondly, they need to know that they have a loser sub. I had a similar problem with getting a hot water heater installed via Sears a few years back. Contacting the sub was futile.
