I should probably contact Adult Protective Services, right?

I work in a supported living home taking care of 3 mentally handicapped people. The first incident: one of the men wet the bed and the girl on graveyard duty pulled all his sheets off, but left the damp blanket. She put down some tissue bed pads over the pee (the mattress was soaked) and put him back to bed on top of the pads with the damp blanket. Second time: last night he pees the bed again. So she takes the sheets off and leaves the blanket. Now there’s a vinyl liner on the bed. So she puts him to bed on the liner with only the one blanket on top. We live in the mountains so it gets pretty cold, so beyond being uncomfortable, I bet he was freezing too. This man is non verbal, has full spectrum autism and moderate mental retardation. He cannot speak up for himself, so I feel i need to do it. What do you think?
I didn’t mean to put it in this category =/

I think you should first talk to the girl and tell her what she’s doing is abusive. If she doesn’t stop then definatley contact the Adult protective service! She has no right to treat a disabled patient like that!
